I tried to cancel my order a few hours after I completed it on 03/11/12, a sunday evening, however I was informed this had failed as the items were already being despatched. An impossible reason! No way was my order being despatched that soon. I immediately contacted the customer service team to be met with the same excuse, and told I'd have to return the items when I recieved them if I wanted a refund. The items arrived on the 18/11/12, an awfully long time if they claimed to have despatched them on the 3rd. I returned them the next day, the 19/11/12. Every message I sent to the customer service team was replied to with standard copy and pasted answers. They claimed my items didn't arrive, so I sent them my copy of PoP on the 30/11/12, to be promised a refund within 3-5 working days. This came and went several times over, with my messages asking where my money was being ignored, I finally got a response on the 14/12/12 saying again 3-5 working says for my refund. I am still waiting for it, I expect it this friday, but I won't hold my breath. I will NEVER be shopping with them again and am reporting them to watchdog.
