We were let down at the very last minute by a carrier booked through Shiply. They will offer a credit refund but not your money back and although their communications are polite they just keep repeating their party line. If I were wealthy enough I'd take them to court over it on principle. It also worth an internet search for Shiply Complaints. You wont use them after reading that lot.
