Ordered a dress recently, taking advantage of next day delivery. Unfortunately the DX failed to deliver on time, however a quick message to Boohoo and they refunded the delivery charge straight away. I was impressed with this as they took responsibility for the DX failure.
The dress was exactly as described and I am very happy with it, plus it was an absolute bargain.
I have shopped here before and will do again.
Apparently DX have left a calling card at my address as delivery of my item was unsuccessful, I have been in all day so this is a lie.
I completely understand that in some cases items may be delayed but it's awful they lie about the circumstances instead of being honest and saying the delivery man finished his shift and went home.
This has happened too many times now they are unreliable liars.
