I find it difficult to obtain Applaws puppy and adult grain free food anywhere but was delighted to find Pet Supermarket stocked it. The price was amazing too. It was delivered within 3 days and I was contacted on two occasions to let me know the date of delivery and then to let me know what time they would be delivered. Fabulous service and I will be ordering regularly from now on.
My daughter ordered an item through the internet on 11/12/12 and was told it would be delivered no later than 14/12/12. It never arrived. She checked tracking which stated that parcelforce had returned her item to the Glasgow depot on 13/12/12 at 18.40hrs and then delivered by 19.00 hrs and signed for by P. Lost?????? There were people in her house all day and if parcelforce had tried to deliver then there was no way we would have missed them. There was no card through the door to say they had been. She phoned the depot this morning and was told she would have to contact the seller of the item so that he could make a claim and refund the money owed to my daughter. No explanation given, just that the parcel must be lost. Not happy with that, she phoned back to be told by Stella, a member of staff that the driver of the van carrying her item had been mugged and the van stolen. nothing in the news to sy that so she contacted a friend in the police force who had never heard anything about it and told her to phone back and ask for a crime number. No answer on the phone so she has e-mailed them for the number. Should there be ant discrepencies in the information given to her she will take it further. The police and the press should be told about what's going on and Parcelforce should be shamed and blamed!!!!!!!!!!!!
