Ordered 2 different sets of GHD's for our daughters, both arrived in a timely fashion however we decided to keep one set and return the other so I called HQ who explained that they would organise everyhthing and that the return was free...brilliant.
However, here comes the bad point, after approximately 3 weeks I hadn't received my refund so called them, gave the collection number that the carrier left with us as proof of collection......."oh yes" said the helpful girl on the phone, "I can see that you have returned the item and it's reached our warehouse, so we will refund your card now"...what if I hadn't called, would I still have received my refund? and why hadn't I had the refund previously? Call me a synical but is this a strategy possibly.....if they don't call, don't offer it? Look, would I use the again...yes......could it have been better, yes. Should I have received my refund without having to call, yes. However, I will use again and would recommned with a litte caution.
