Delivered on time, muddled sales promotions result it not getting any additional or "free" items.

I had around five orders so far, 4 usual and one with promotion of buy 2 get 1 free type deal. Everything was delivered on time and on point, however the promotional items were not included, the promotion did not state clearly that you actually have to find and add the specific item yourself(since it was not same item as the main sale), after I've submitted a ticket cs sent an apology. Be careful when ordering.
