City Link apparently delivered a parcel to me on 10th December at around lunchtime. Very odd as we are all at work. They even had a signature which definitely was not mine and the name that was printed was not mine either. . Have been on the phone to them every day, tweeted about them and emailed the MD, and all calls, emails etc tell me they would look into it and get back to me asap.. One week later still waiting for someone to get back to me to explain what has happened to my parcel. A shambolic service by a shambolic company with no idea what Customer Services means. Have let my remarks be sent to City Link but shouldnt think they care. PS Had to click on 1 Start to post this but should be no stars at all
