Ordered several items. One was out of stock so they took it off the price before charging me. Items arrived quickly. One was faulty and one I didnt like, I sent these two items back and recieved a refund within a week. Really impressed, especially when you read the reviews on here...

wheres my order?!?!
Ordered 2 xbox controllers in November. First one arrived in a big box as if there should have been 2 controllers in there. Rang up their 5p a minute line (from a landline) and after being on hold forever, they answered and told me they would send another. Second controller still hasnt arrived and I have been told to wait until the 19th before they can class this as "lost in the post" as the second controller was re-ordered later. This is far to late for Christmas! First and last time I will order from Zavvi!
