Parcel Force failed to collect baggage all-be-it the occupant of the house waited all day for the collection and the baggage had to be hand delivered to the Depot. They then failed to deliver within the specifed timeframe. Reason given was that the driver had picked up other parcels on his journey and these had to be brought to Belfast to be put on a flight and my baggage was taken back to the depot because he ran out of time! Delivery was to be between 9am and 6pm and tracking indicated that the baggage was loaded for delivery at 9.10am; the driver was back in his depot before 5.30pm!!!!! The delivery address is only 60 miles from the depot. When I complained that my parent had taken off all day to await the divery the staff were flippant in their response. Extremely poor level of service compared to DHL and other independent couriers that I would normally use.
