I placed an order for necklaces for the women in my family, whom all live out of town. The order was placed on 11/12/12; the post office returned the package for insufficient address on 11/19/12, and the tracking said the item was returned to MNN on 11/21/12. As a result, I've been trying unsuccessfully to get an update on when I can expect the return package. To date I've received multiple emails apologizing for the inconvenience, however, no indication of whether I'll receive the package in time to mail out before Christmas to my recipients. I've offered to GLADLY pay additional to have the items shipped overnight, but with no response. I'm very disheartened that I'll have to purchase alternate gifts for my family if not received in time.

I am so sorry for this inconvenience. I will have the package resent to the corrected address via UPS so you can receive it in time for Christmas!
