Does this company care at all?

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone case with this company through a Groupon voucher offer. It is supposed to be a christmas present. I was quoted 10 days delivery, 20 days ago! They dont answer your emails, the phone line just says they are experiancing difficulties so you cant speak to anyone. They have also debited me twice for the postage. I would warn anyone against using this company.
