looks like a second hand product
Product was delivered by courier and forced through the letterbox. Not impressed because it's a Christmas present and the box is all battered and torn. I thought the damage was just from courier but box has greasey stains all over it so looks worse than something secondhand. Product inside looks fine thankfully but would send back if it wasn't so last minute b4 Christmas.

On behalf of 118Golf, I can only apologize for how you have received the item. The item should not have been forced through the letter box, although this is something you may be best off mentioning to your postman/lady as the item would have been posted out. As to the greasy stains, I can only apologise for this. If you would be kind enough to take a photo and send it to customer.services@118golf.co.uk we can perhaps arrange for something to be done about the issue.
