Faster than expected

Paid for the priority delivery on a separate order and a normal delivery on this one and both received at the same time which is nice. I think that it is a little sneaky to put out offers for cheap items and then chuck on an £8 delivery on to make your money but can't complain because they are good quality and arrived quickly

Advertise incorrect delivery times

I ordered a MacBook Pro at the beginning of November and was told it would be a 10 working day delivery which I was willing to wait as there was no rush. After the 10 working days I checked the tracking number on their site and it was still down as order processing but magically the latest delivery date had changed to 3rd December which was another 10 working days.

They had no excuse and once I spoke to customer services they said that the distributor had let them down. If you can't deliver it in the time you say then don't advertise that delivery window! Had multiple experiences of this from Very and ended up cancelling the order all together


Terrible Delivery Methods

Ordered 2 items separately from Vista print and waited in on day both due to be delivered. Went to answer the door to a friend and there was a card saying they had left the parcel in my blue bin? You didn't even knock!!! Just dropped it in bin and scribbled 'In blue bin' on the card. I thought to myself, terrible service at the time but then it happened again 1 hour later. This time another card saying left in black bin!! That is where I put rubbish.. I mean come on surely they see both parcels coming to my house and put them on the same van and then knock on the door to see if I am in at least?

I try to avoid all companies that use Yodel as their courier as this is probably the 4th time I have had problems like this as well as promised delivery dates/times and also being told my item is at a depot only to arrive at the depot and it not being there!
