Excellent customer service!!

Made my first order with OCUK last Saturday after doing some research online and word of mouth.

I spent a fair bit of money (to me at least!) and looked forward to receiving my new gaming PC, monitor and mouse.

I made a couple of calls during last week to check on a couple of things and the staff I spoke to were always helpful.

Even better than their phone service was their online 'web note' facility. Quick and helpful responses were sent to me answering the queries I had.

Better still is the OCUK online forums. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and friendly forum regulars are there for advice and help when needed.

There was a slight hiccup with the Saturday delivery but this was due to the delivery company 'DPD'. However, come Monday (yesterday) the responses to my queries I sent over the weekend were answered promptly and the remainder of my order was delivered.

I set everything up and all is working well. I had one query regarding setting up the PC and a quick post on the forum was answered just as quickly and I was all set up.

An added bonus to all this was that they refunded the difference between the price of the PC build I ordered and it's special price that it was dropped to in their weekly deals. Result!

Overall a very smooth experience made easy by the swift response to any queries I had.
