Can't fault the service

Lots of confirmation emails and reminders. When I arrived at the service centre I only had to say my name and they knew exactly what the job was and whisked me through the system straight away.

Need to work on quality control

Our first order with Hunts with delivery a day early but missing many items and not paperwork to explain part delivery and when the rest would arrive. Chased them up and received another delivery again missing items where we ordered 3x only 1x arrived etc. Now awaiting third delivery.

Fast response to problems etc so front of house is working fine it is the back office / warehouse that needs sorting out.
