Good prices, indifferent customer service.
As I was keen to know when my order would arrive, I called the number on the website to enquire about a delivery date. I was told that, even though I had paid for next day delivery, my delivery would not be despatched until tomorrow at the earliest as they were very busy. The order arrived three working days after I ordered.

Good value product. Turned up on time
Searched for a scart-to-composite adapter in Google, tehirs came up first, ordered it and it arrived two days later. Works a treat!
