This company is probably fine if you don't encounter a problem (if a little slow with dispatch), but if something goes wrong, beware!
I ended up with the wrong product. Probably due to a listing that showed a bulb with the wrong fitting. I judged which bulb to buy based on the image which mislead me (it's still wrong today).
I contacted them to say I had been supplied with the wrong bulb. Initially that said they'd send a courier to collect it, then changed their mind and sent me a pre-paid Post Office label.
Having taken such a long time to get the original delivery to me and then by messing me about regarding returning the item (I had waited in all day for a courier before they changed their minds about the return method), I opted for a refund.
The item was posted back on 30th November.
Over two weeks later, I chased up the refund. I received no reply to my message, but my PayPal account was partially refunded - £2.99 short of the cost of the original bulb!
So far, LEDbulbs are choosing not to respond to my further emails (I've had 'read receipts', so I know they've seen them). I've been forced to start a PayPal dispute.
LEDbulbs offer great prices, but this poor customer service means I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.
