MUST READ...Are Redsave breaking the Google Shopping Feed Price Policy?

I am still waiting for my toys to arrive by the 21st December but after looking at reviews don't hold much hope. For a living I build online shopping websites and have noticed that Redsave's products appear in Google Shopping Feed at their Redsave Price where you have to have a Redsave Pass to qualify for this price... effectively becoming a member of Redsave. However, as I do this for my customers I know that Google's Price Policy states.....' Items with variable prices, such as auctions, and prices that require a membership in a club are not allowed.' Oppps.... Redsave are displaying a price that requires membership (a Redsave Pass) to qualify for but shouldn't! I would presume that if Google was informed about this they would immediately switch off their Shopping Feed.
