When I place my recent order (10th) there was a glitch in the software so that the Payment page didn't update correctly, and I didn't receive a notification email either. I contacted 2 different customer service staff - one online and one via the phone. The CS rep on the phone was happy to call me back once he'd checked the system to save my mobile bill. They both reassured me the order had definitely gone in but was stuck somewhere in the system - and they also promised I would definitely receive my products by that friday.
The following morning (11th) the acknowledgement email finally arrived - definitely a glitch in the software (apparently they were doing an upgrade) as I've always had notifications almost instantly in the past.- then late that afternoon I received a text informing me the delivery would take place on the 12th...which it did.
Yes, there was a small glitch in the software, but the Customer Service was spot on, and the products arrived incredibly quickly.
