Can't fault function18 in any way. Massive choice, super fast delivery and great customer service if required.

An all round good experience.
The website is easy to use. I immediately received an e-mail with purchase ref and tracking details. The next day a second e-mail confirmed the date and time of my delivery (between 1.45pm & 2.45pm which saves staying in all day). My package arrived within this time. My wine glasses were very well packed in a presentation box with plenty of bubble wrap. There was a nice personalised card thanking me for my business. I will definately use this company again.
