Nature Shop

The delivery took longer than promised and the package was a mess.

When I did not get the shoes when I expected I contacted support and they were very helpful over there. When the shoes finally arrived the box was a sad sight. The shoes were what I expected thank good :-)

Thank you for your review and i'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service.

Unfortunately the postal service is slightly delayed due to the Christmas rush but I'm glad that the parcel was delivered.

All parcels are checked before leaving the warehouse so I expect the damage to the box was caused by the postal service. If there is any damage to the item please let us know on support@natureshop.co.uk
