TalkTalk rope you into a contract for a service which they then fail to properly provide. Surely this makes any such contract legally frustrated. They took over our phone line causing us to loose a house number we had obtained for 20 years. When trying to cancel with them you might as well talk to a brick wall. They ended up convincing my mum their new modem was top of the range and provided one of the top services in the country, i am currently sitting next to the modem and actually have an ethernet cable plugged in to my laptop and the internet has come on and off about 3 times while writing this review. its horrendous. if i didnt have to award this one star it be safe to say it wouldnt get any
