Knockout service!

Never having ordered china from an internet site before I was a little apprehensive. I needn't have worried. I was so impressed with the ordering procedure and standard of service from Havens that I regretted not having ordered more items. The delivery arrived bang on time and the china was really securely parcelled. There was even a little personal note/card inside the box.
It is very rare to get such excellent service.
