Case of the Missing Order

I have been ordering from MP for nearly 2 years now and usually the package arrives very quickly. However, here's the timeline on my current order:

23 Nov: Order Confirmed
23 Nov: Order Dispatch Notice
27 Nov: Order Scanned at Origin Depot for Export
28 Nov: Order Arrived in Carrier's Central Hub
4 Dec: Estimated Delivery Date On or Before!
17 Dec: Raised Ticket with MP Customer Service - Order Hasn't Arrived
18 Dec: No Response and No Order

Needless to say I'm not a happy camper and wasting away with lack of protein! Also very disappointed to read so many similar experiences here proving it's not a once off. I had been recommending MP up to now but will have to find another supplier.
