DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a dress from them it didnt fit so sent it back, tracked to see they received and they got it back on the 5th Dec but still NO REFUND! Looking at all these comments im suprised if I will ever get the money back!
I work for a bank and if you have paid by a visa debit or credit card and you have proof of return call them to do a chargeback for the money! You will probably get it back a hell of a lot quicker than this waste of space company!
If i could have rated this company with no stars I would have!

We were experiencing a slight back log with returns in the upcoming to Christmas but I can confirm that your refund was processed on the 18-12-2012.
