Very slow in arranging Amazon vouchers. They blamed Amazon but the status of my account was stating awaitng process for a long time. As soon as I emailed top cashback the status changed to awaiting vouchers from amazon. Therefore they had not processed the application for a while.

We have been experiencing a delay with Amazon vouchers for a number of reasons, mainly due to the influx of requests in the run up to Christmas.
