In short: Expansys is terrible. They lied on the shipping cost and time. They delayed my order by almost 2 weeks, and claimed it was due to technical difficulties.
At first, I ordered a Parrot AR Drone 2.0. When I ordered the drone, there was a description saying if you order it before 4:00 PM GMT ( I live in GMT+8), you can expect same day shipping. So I ordered it, on a Friday night 3:30 PM GMT. Then when I went to the tracking, it said that my order was not processed and their processing team work 6AM-7PM Mon-Fri or something. So that means that the same day shipping is just a lie. But that is only the beginning. When I paid for my drone, I paid an extra $2 shipping. But on the Monday that they were supposed to ship my order, they sent me an email saying that my order is overweight and needed an extra twenty something dollars. I decided to just go and pay the twenty dollars. Two days later, I saw that it was still awaiting the shipping payment. This is really frustrating, for normal payment should be received in minutes, not days. They then sent me an email saying that they had technical difficulties, and would ship my order ASAP. I was rather happy with that.
Then, a week later, I ordered a pair of Zik Headphones. I ordered this on a Saturday and was promised free shipping, so I again assumed that they would ship my order on Monday. But on Monday, they sent me an email saying they needed an extra $7 dollars for shipping due to the remoteness of my shipping location. This is rather weird, for this did not happen to my previous few orders. I paid the money, feeling really frustrated with Expansys. I have the feeling they're randomly charging me money for their own gain.
