AWFUL SERVICE, LOST MONEY

I would rate NO STARS if I could. Ordered a hoodie and received a skirt. As I had paid by paypal I was only able to use the collect+ return service, which I was not aware of when buying! On website it says returns by collect+ will cost £3.10 taken from refund. So I emailed them explaining what had happened and checking I would not be charged for their error. DID NOT HAVE A RESPONSE FOR DAYS despite sending a second email. Worried I would pass the 14 days limit, I sent it via collect+. Finally got a reply issuing a free return label but was too late so I emailed again explaining. WEEKS LATER I had an email stating they had REFUNDED NOT EXCHANGED as I had asked. Not only this but they had NOT REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT. I emailed again and finally received another reply stating that the item I wanted was out of stock so they refunded. At my request they refunded the £3.10 they had taken off for the collect+ service, but I was STILL DOWN £2 I had originally paid for postage, that they should have refunded due to their error. Cannot be bothered to fuss over £2 but will NEVER USE COMPANY AGAIN. AWFUL SERVICE.

I cannot apologise enough that you received an incorrect item, unfortunately the item requested was out of stock and therefore 2 refunds have been processed, one for the item and another for the postage.
