No product received, no reply via email or telephone.

Ordered an Xbox controller on the 06.12.12 as it was showing still in stock. Also paid for 1st class postage.

Its now 18.12.12 and I haven't received my item. They won't reply via email nor answer the phone.

Having to escalate via paypal for a refund.
Disgraceful 'company'
