Wrong part sent, but NP dealt with very well indeed

The problem was with their supplier, but NP were very good in sorting it out. Transpires that the version of the product I wanted was not stocked by their (or any other??) supplier. NP should really have checked the contents of the box (rather than relying on the incorrect label) before sending it to me. Apart from that (!) I was impressed.
