I love New Look stores and this christmas decided to try out their online service. Ordered lots of stuff online (7 items, a lot for me!). 5 of my items arrived and 2 have still not been received. I was going to give the benefit of the doubt, but since I haven't received a response to any of my emails within a week, I feel very let down. They offer a 48 hour response time??? I will have to call tomorrow to see if anybody has even read my emails.
I paid for these items out of my hard earned money. And I have not received the items and New Look have my money. They couldnt even be bothered responding to any of my emails. I'm not sure what my rights are here as I've never had such an experience before but I will definitely be exploring my options. Will not be shopping on New Look online again and will definitely not reccommend the experience to any of my friends, very disappointing. :-(
