I ordered a gift for my sister ready for christmas. I didn't create an account and got a bit worried when I didn't receive a confirmation email. I sent an email explaining this the next morning. Within an hour or two I had already received a polite reply saying that my order had already been received and had been posted on the day I ordered. It arrived really quickly too.
