Ordered some different christmas presents on December 2nd. My order is still not here and according to the tracking my order has not been handled since December 9th. I have written customer service serveral times and they just dont care. The give the same answer "please allow up to 21 days for delivery". They also write "if you havent recieved your order by December 28th we can look into it". OMG. Sp today I had to go to a mall and buy new presents since I know my order will never arrive. And to make matters worse - same thing happened last time I made an order. I have been a very well paying customer since 2009 but now I am over lookfantastic.com forever!
