I placed an order in November and I paid extra to get the products shipped so they would be here in time for Christmas. Not the case at all. Last week, I sent an email asking for an update on when my products would be shipped. I received an automated email saying I would be contacted by a representative in 2 business days. Just to let you know that doesn't happen. I then have tried on multiple occasions to contact their customer service by phone. Sometimes I get automatically kicked off saying the system is working & if it doesn't do that you get the message that it will be 63 minutes before your phone call is answered. I wish I had read reviews before ever ordering with this company because after doing some research this company has hundreds of disgruntled customers in the US & UK that are unhappy with their horrible customer service & with the products they receive. Today I received an email stating that my products would be ready in 14 to 21 days, so I should receive them sometime in January. I have no trust in this company. Please go elsewhere when it comes to your photo needs.
