I purchased the Glamorous Black Disco Pants in September and received them about 14 days later. I inspected them and noticed they have awful seam stitching so I filled out the return form and returned them within the allowed time. I didn't hear from them in October or most of November so on November 24th I emailed and explained the situation. Amy emailed back saying they haven't received the pants yet (HAH!). She told me to check with the post office. I did and they have received my pants. I have sent 4 emails since them with no luck of any response or refund.
Steer clear of this company.
