Bought a Wowcher for a spa experience for myself and two friends and was chuffed with the price of it but was soon extremely dissappointed. Since purchasing them (back in March), I have consistently tried to make a booking with the Spa to no avail. The vouchers are deemed derogatory by the spa in comparison to cash customers (when a friend said she was booking with cash, they gave her a whole list of dates and times but none two minutes later for me) hence I have always been given the same answer when trying to book; 'we are very busy right now and have no spaces, but we will put you on the cancellations list and call you if anything comes up.' 9 months later, they have not tried to contact me once despite myself calling on a regular basis to check availability. When I contacted the spa about this problem, the customer service was appaling. I then contacted Wowcher to tell them about my concerns to recieve equally bad customer service. I asked politely on a few occasions for a resolution (preferably refund) to no avail. Now the time on the vouchers is almost up, again no availability when trying to book, and I'm £100 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the customer service of both the spa and Wowcher and I have read many reviews by people who have had the same experience as me since then. The savings do not compensate for the dreadful experience, I will never use this terrible service ever again and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
