i have used just eat a lot previously and have always been quite happy with the experience this time however they took my money no confirmation email. I didnt even get to the end of authorizing the payment. I spoke to them and the bank on numerous occasions i have been on the phone to both for 2 hours while they find out what has happened. I will not be using just eat again this experience has literally been the worst. I might aswell of just cooked myself something it would of taken less time. Between the bank and just eat i have run up a phone bill of £17 an expensive take away that ididnt even get. The man i spoke to didnt listen to me at all stopped speaking to me then put me on hold while i was still speaking extremely rude. Poor customer service. Definately will not recommend justeat to anyone and will tell my friends i have already recommended justeat to to stop using.
