Easy to book online, booking form had all of the necessary information on it. Person was there to collect car and we only had a 5 min wait for him to bring the car back when we landed. Very happy with the service and we will definatley be using them again.
Flowers arrived 2 days late to my aunts surgery. No communication, i had to get in contact and when i finally got hold of someone i was told there had been technical problems - of which i was not told and they were on route to be delivered. They did not come that day - took yet another day for them to actually arrive.
Always used Interflora in the past and will be using them in the future. I wanted them delivered on wednesday for when my aunt came out of surgery to chear her us - they were 2 days late.
None of my emails were ever answered, i managed to get hold of someone via live webchat - after no reply on emails. And was told they would get back to me via email - which they did not.
Do not use - terrible customer service, will go back to Interflora next time.
