After deciding to use Whisky Online I wassurprised that minimal account details were forthcoming on my order. Subsequently I discovered(after chasing it myself) that they had sent my order to the wrong address) that their system was up to date, I had to chase it again. Seems they have a single contact/admin point who has to rectify all issues. This lady did do so eventually.....
Having said that the bottle did arrive safe and sound - but very late....Beware

When he called to say he had not received the parcel, we chased this up as a clerical error had been made and had a re-delivery.
Sometimes things aren't as smooth as we would like but we have a helpline prominently displayed on the website to quickly sort things out. Anthony did get his bottle safe and sound.
