I ordered two 7 inch tablets via wowcher and delivery paid for via box2000 on the 3rd December for Xmas presents for my sons and still waiting for delivery. I have emailed the merchant 5 times and box2000 have not replyed and my boys keep asking if they are going to get their Christmas presents.
On ringing Wowcher they said they tried contacting box2000 via phone and that went to voicemail and via email it's now Tuesday 18th December and still no sign of tablets or response from box2000, and now it looks like my sons will not get their presents. Wowcher have told me if the tablets don't turn up by Wednesday afternoon 19th Dec I can get a refund but no indication of how long the refund will take as this is handled by another dept and also my £6.95 per tablet delivery costs can only be refunded by box2000 who never reply. I think it's a terrible service not only from box2000 but also wowcher for taking my order. When you email wowcher they can take up to three days to reply so I have already put all this in a email. In this recession it seems a bargain through wowcher is not what is seems to be and am I the only one out of 900 people who bought the tablet who never received them I think not.
Looks like at this rate wowcher will make it a very miserable Xmas for my two little boys and in future I will using groupon and livingsocial as I have never had an order not turn up.
