I placed an order on the 30th November, and as of today, 18th December, it still hasn't turned up. First order was somehow destroyed by Hermes the delivery company, so my tracking went from "out for delivery" to "item damaged - item not delivered" in a week.
That in itself speaks volumes about the quality of that particular courier.
Second, replacement order was sent out on the 7th December - ever since then the same courier company tracking alternates between "out for delivery" and "courier received". The only thing that ever changes is the dates, and the only constant is the fact my order fails to be delivered each day. Having called customer services three times, during one session I was on hold for over 30 mins, which has probably cost my phone bill a fair bit, each advisor has essentially told me the same thing - a quick apology and the assurance the item would be delivered the next day. Each time it's not been delivered. Finally yesterday I was told there was a mix-up and they hadn't put my company name on the package - brilliant. They then said they'd informed the courier of the company name, and that it would be delivered. That was supposed to be today, and nothing turned up.
So, essentially I'm doubly out of pocket considering I haven't received my order, and have spent a fortune chasing up what's actually gone on with it, while no one seems any the wiser as to where it is, or when it will be delivered.
This was my first experience of using MyProtein, and quite honestly, it's probably going to be my last. Service is shoddy from start to finish.
