My ordered item didn't arrive and we were performing two days after the expected delivery, I emailed and was told the item was out of stock - not what was shown on-line. The item did arrive, we had five concerts planned over two weeks - at least we can use it for two of them - very disappointing experience. The email response was OK, but it would be better to know in advance that there is an issue, not when I tell the company that the item has not arrived - a revised delivery date would have been good.
