Driver showed up late, but picked up package only to find out that it was never delivered. Called customer services, complained, they said there is no record of the driver picking up, the driver even went as far as denying being at my house to pick up. They said they searched the warehouse but could not find the package. customer service rep said they would contact me with an update, since I reported this, I have not heard back from anyone or got any confirmation email or follow up.
It seems that there are poor in keeping track of orders or they have a bunch of dishonest drivers I can only imagine that the parcel has been lifted or stolen.

I have used Ebuyer several times. bought corsair platinum memory for £190 from these guys just about a year ago. memory became faulty. Ebuyers said it would be replaced. Ebyer received the item and confirmed it was faulty. Ebuyer then sent an email saying they would no longer replace the item (even though they had it in stock and Corsair provide limited lifetime warranty), instead they sent an email offering partial refund. Before I even got a chance to contact them to discuss the partial refund, they already being issued the refund via paypal for £160. It was so quick, no chance for me to call and discuss or even any alternatives. So they ended up charging me £30 off the price plus I had to pay for shipping the return. Their excuse was wear and tear and some other lame excuse. I will never buy from them again.
I have been buying products from OCUK for several years now and have had a chance to talk to several of the staff from sales to tech support, all have been great, polite, informative and very helpful.
Most recently, James Bailey took the extra mile in solving a slightly complicated issue I had with one of their vendors and now im one happy customer.
It took a couple of years to make a decision and it came down to Barnet Window Company Limited and Chase Side Windows. Glad I went with Barnet since the sales guy at Chase Windows got rude with me when I told him I was looking at an alternative and was considering Barnet Windows; he proceed to tell me I was wasting his time! Not even a why or counter offer. Considering the amount involved I should be my prerogative to look at alternatives but I guess he didn’t think that way which also led me to doubt the level of service we would get from Chase Windows.
About Barnet Windows, family run business (true family) salesperson was very professional and was more of a consultant. From start to finish the process has been a very smooth experience even the fitters were tidy and a pleasure to deal with, their workmanship plus finishing was tidy and neat, their aftersales service was spot on, always courteous, willing to help and informative. The quality of their windows and doors are first class. We had Sash Windows all over the house, including our doors replaced. I am very happy I chose Barnet Window Company Limited.
I read a few negative reviews about this company, but still went ahead and used them. I have used them for UK and European delivery services and have not had one glitch. I even manged to get through to them on the phone, they ans quickly on both occasions (basic account query). I spoke to a Catherine who knew what she was talking about and extremeley helpful.
The only thing worth noting is when prices are qouted online you have to remember to add VAT! other than that they are a good agent!!
