Dire non delivery company that lie about deliveries and treat customers with no respect

Every time I order from Amazon I feel I am taking a gamble. If DPD get my parcel for delivery it always arrives on time and the tracking info is spot on. If its Citylink the tracking info is wrong, usually listing someone else for delivery or a delivery from weeks ago, then my parcel 9 times out of ten does not show up. Today a parcel that was sent next day delivery turned up at my door 25 days after it was sent. Citylink had just stuck a new delivery sticker over the old one to hide the original date. I am going to stop using Amazon and only use online companies that dont use Citylink, they are the most unprofessional company and don't seem to give a crap about how they operate.
