I think my you review says very little really you only have to look at the star rating for this company or the myriad of reviews that follow below. It is a review though non the less so let share my experience with you.

The site is clean, clear and well presented. There are different payment options enough to please most and the prices are highly competitive, infact for the item I desired they offered the best price available. Factor in a discount if you pay via debit of 5% it just gets better and better.

Emailed throughout the whole process and they even make sure you have all the details by the close day (tracking codes etc).. The best is to come though...

Fast, erhh yes, just a bit!!

I know this is in small part to the excellent dpd here but needles to say that for just £4 I had my items at my door in under 24 hours, yip a whole our before thetime the time I had ordered them the previous day (I think that made sense).

I have to award this company 9.9 out of 10, why drop .1 of a mark, I just wish they carried a slightly wider portfolio, perhaps the schiit range of headphone amps or days but that's just me wanting my cake and eating it, not to mention a cherry on top.

Should you use them? Yes you would be mad not to. A free phone number from what I gather manned by helpfull informative staff. Hyper über fast delivery, clear straight to point emails with no fill and some of the best prices to be found. I would like to say to planet gizmo a genuine thank you for a hassle free v smooth experience...

Ordered item, they took payment.. Turns out item out of stock!!

Ordered an item for Xmas 2012 for a friend. Price seemed good and had been in stock (allegedly) for quite some time. The item was even advertised on their main Page. They took payment for the item and I paid for next day delivery.

At 21:50pm I receive an email telling me that the item is discontinued and that in order to get a refund I would have to contact them. There seems very few options within account to actually do anything manually yourself :( so now a call was involved and a wait for a refund.

My main gripe is, I understand stock at times gets low or discontinued but payment should be taken when stock has been confirmed not before, now I must wait several days for the refund... And you guessed it no Sorry!!!!!

Just disappointed
