Ordered a graphic card not long ago, it clearly shows in stock by the time I ordered, select 1 day delivery as a birthday present. The card never arrive, overclockers never contact me regarding the card. I have to send them an email to find out what happen. Apparently it is out of stock!
I ordered a different card instead, sadly their operator can't do a simple mathematic and send me a wrong bill. I was frustrated at that time and asked for a refund. I have to wait 14 days before I can reorder a new card from Novatech because I have no more balance in my credit card. And guess what? I ordered the card hassle less. Before I place the order I chat with their polite online operator. Everything was smooth.
Summary: OCUK charged my credit card right away, never bother to contact me, never apologize, at least have the courtesy to say sorry when you did something wrong. Never do business with this company. Huge issues in their system and operator's training.

If the amendment was made it is possible the old invoice was sent with the product, we can resend this to you that is not a problem.
With regards to the out of stock product we do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
When placing an order we will charge your card, if it is out of stock or on pre-order as our website believes you are ordering understanding to wait for it to come available.
Sorry for the issues caused and I am sure it is something that will not happen again in the future.
