I ordered some Christmas gifts online. The bowls I wanted were very competitively priced. Unfortunately, there was a delay in receiving the order as these particular items weren't in stock, but I was kept fully informed of the situation and offered the chance to cancel my order if preferred. I continued with the order as the items were still on target for delivery in time for Xmas.
I made use of the complimentary gift wrapping service and the gifts look beautiful, tasteful and festive wrapping paper and ribbon was used. The fragile items were very well packaged and I hope that when they are opened on Christmas day there won't be any unwanted surprises! I'd use Havens again.
