Items should have been delivered within 2-5 days however my delivery took 8 days. Staff on the helpdesk told me I couldn't get a refund as the goods had already been despatched, then when I asked them to find out where my parcel was they had no idea as it hadn't been delivered to me, it wasn't with the courier and it had left Zavvi! The parcel then arrived with no invoice, shipping note, delivery note. I finally get someone available on email who has been more than helpful and has arranged for my goods to be collected however DPD were supposed to be here on Monday to collect but as yet they have still to arrive again delaying my refund! Zavvi have now had my money since 3 Dec!! not good enough
