As a red dog customer I was not best pleased when I bought a guitar and amp off their website and when opened the guitar was dirty and had minor marks and scratches on the volume button, then after unpacking everything realised it was missing the cable to plug the guitar in the amp. Got a new cable no problem from store but still quite poor overall.
