I ordered two items for christmas and had an email to inform me they were awaiting a delivery for 1 of the items. Always great to be kept informed, they also asked if it was for a specific date to let them know so that they could presumably inform me if it wouldn't be with me in time. Items arrived as stated and well packed. No hesitation in using again, also loved the note in the parcel thanking me!
